Job Duties:

Manage and Update client books; importing, categorizing, classifying transactions as well as reconciling accounts

Assist with projects, clean-ups, payroll

Skills and Abilities:

Foundational computer and Microsoft Office suite knowledge

Can learn new applications

Manage time effectively

Able to meet deadlines while working independently

Works with honesty and integrity

Preferred knowledge of QuickBooks
